Join battlefield docent Chris Manzey and pseudobotanist Elliot Tramer on a tour of the Fallen Timbers battlefield site. In addition to learning about the battle of August 20, 1794 an d the current natural history features of the site, we will recreate the possible appearanceand conditions of the site at the time of the battle. Meet at 10:00 a.m. at the battlefield parking lot at 4949 N. Jerome Road. Be prepared for a 1.5 mile walk. Mosquitoes are occasionally present; consider bringing repellent.
