Cuba, a tropical island with 26 endemic birds just 90 miles from Florida, had been essentially closed to U.S. citizens since 1959. But in 2015 travel restrictions were relaxed, and last year husband and wife team, Elliot Tramer and Chris Manzey, were fortunate enough to tour the island.
